World Book Day- 23rd April
Books empower us. They widen our vision and impart learnings that can last a lifetime. This World Book Day, we decided to provide these units of empowerment to the most vulnerable members of our society- children from financially weak families.
We distributed story books, pencils, drawing materials, school books to fifty-six children in Gashola village in Gurgaon. The contributions were warmly received by the children. Many of these books were the contributions of the residents of Sispal Vihar and South City-2. We thank them for their support.
On the occasion, we enunciated the significance of books and studies to the children and encouraged them to attend SUDHA open school which we run free of cost.
