World Earth Day- 22nd April 2017
With little steps we can traverse a long and difficult journey. Such is the case with the travail of protecting our mother Earth which faces challenges like climate change, deforestation, and pollution.
Taking tiny steps for a greener and happier Earth, this World Earth Day, SUDHA society distributed the saplings of tulsi, the wonder plant in Indian tradition, amongst the residents of South City-2 and students of GEMS Modern Academy school. The principal of the school, appreciating our efforts also received a sapling with much gratitude.
The occasion was also blessed by the presence of Sister Shivani, the renowned spiritual leader of the Brahmkumaris organization. She applauded our efforts and encouraged us to continue working for society.
