SUDHA Society strongly believes knowledge, competence and resources should be utilized for the welfare and upliftment of society. True to their core values SUDHA Society set out to make this Haryana Day meaningful by organizing a Clothes Donation Drive. The members of SUDHA Society distributed clothes to poor people, women, and children considering the arrival of the winter season.
In collaboration with Vandana Singh and Colonel Shiv Patil, the residents of Shishupala Vihar Society contributed to the clothes.
Gopal Krishna Bhatnagar, President of SUDHA Society and resident of South City 2 said, “The objectives of the SUDHA are to bring reforms in the societies. We have distributed clothes to people living in poor conditions adjacent to our colony. They need warm clothes as winter is approaching. That is why we made a collective effort to celebrate the occasion nobly.”
“Our open school children also contributed to distribution of 1,053 clothes to needy people. In this way, they too will get inspiration to come forward in philanthropy and community service.” he added.
