SUDHA society Foundation celebrates Army Day 2021
SUDHA society Foundation celebrated Army Day on 15 January Friday. This day General K.M.Cariappa became the first Indian to take charge of Indian Army in 1949.
To empower the girl youth of today both physically and mentally SUDHA in association with National Youth Social Workers (NYSW) initiated and trained the underprivileged girl's of three schools run by the society. These classes will continue in the coming months. Mrs.Deepti Goyal DC Education, Mrs. Anu Sahdev ED Nutrition and Mrs.Geeta Parashar DC Mental Health, all three members and incharge of our NGO school's encouraged the girls and participated too.
NYSW Project Manager Ms. Garima Sharma General Secretary and Martial Art trainer Sensei Naveen Founder NYSW, trained these underprivileged girls and showed them how to use fist and elbow for self defense.He even told them the importance of good diet and exercise. Mrs.Anu Sahdev ED Nutrition distributed fruits to all the children.
This occasion was graced by Mr.G.K.Bhatnagar Chairperson Sudha Society Foundation, Dr. Kirti Bajpai President &Psychologist Counselor Sudha Society Foundation, Mrs.Kiran Sharma Chairperson Domestic Violence Cell and Mr.Anil treasurer SUDHA.
