Sudha Society Foundation, Gurugram organized a program to encourage all volunteers on the occasion of International Volunteer Day on 5th December 2021 to promote the efforts made by them in the interest of society.
The day is celebrated to honor the efforts of volunteers and organizations and to provide opportunities to promote volunteers, said the President of the Society, Ms. Ruchi Saxena
This day aims to encourage governments to support volunteer efforts towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local, national and international levels. Any social organization remains lifeless without volunteers.
Sh G .K Bhatnagar chairman said that the teachers of the society Pooja, Deepti, Hema, Sonia, Sangeeta Garima Suchi , Jagriti Atri and many more teach the children of poor family free of cost ' like Aman teaches the children of poor family in mohammadpur village and Kshitij in Basai JJ cluster . All volunteers were presented with appreciation certificates by chief guest Mr. Akash Agarwal of WFX and Mr.Amitabh Khare GM of RITES. Both the dignitaries appreciated the service done by them and also encouraged the people to do the work of service.
