When nothing seems to be going well and the situation looks dire, the one thing that keeps a great volunteer going is genuine passion for their work. Volunteering is about working towards something bigger than yourself. Great volunteers distance themselves from petty fights and politics because they’re focused on more important things. Great volunteers are driven by a single purpose i.e. "Sudha Se Sudhar"
